ENNÉ Skin Return & Refund Policy

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law. If a product is defective, unsafe, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law, please contact us at enneskin@gmail.com so we can assist.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and assessed.
